Michael Clark appeared before Judge Douglas Thomas regarding rape, sodomy and sex abuse of a child charges on Monday.
Clark, 33, was booked into the Carbon County Jail on October 9. Charges against him included rape and sodomy of a child, both first degree felonies, and sex abuse of a child, a second degree felony.
The charges stemmed from an incident on October 5 when Clark allegedly committed sexual acts against a child.
During the arraignment hearing on Monday, Clark pleaded guilty to two counts of sex abuse of a child. The second degree felonies could each carry prison sentences of 1-15 years and up to $10,000 fines each.
Clark will be sentenced on Sept. 22. He is not incarcerated at this time.
