Tuesday’s flash floods were caused by a break in water barriers in Little Valley, according to the Emery County Sherriff’s Office.
The flood caused major damage to one subdivision home and minor damage to several others.
Crews worked long hours to remove water from homes via pump trucks and bolster canal banks with sand bags.
