Location: South of Price
Impact: Minimal traffic interruption.
Activity: Seeding & painting.
Emery County
I-70, West of Green River
Contract: Staker Paving & Construction
Amount: $5,243,024
Location: Mileposts 138 to 141 and 153 to 155
Impact: One lane closed in each direction.
Activity: Rotomilling between mileposts 138 and 141.
U.S. 6, Section Resurfacing
Contract: Nielson Construction
Amount: $1,070,254
Location: Mileposts 262 to 263, Mileposts 270 to 272 & Mileposts 273 to 276
Impact: Work may occur anytime day or night Monday-Thursday; Single lane traffic with pilot operations; Delays of up to 15 minutes.
Activity: Rotomilling and paving around the clock beginning at the north end of the project and working toward the south.
Grand County
U.S. 191, Moab to State Route 279
Contract: W.W. Clyde & Co.
Amount: $6,451,900
Location: Between 400 North and Potash Road, Moab
Impact: Minimal traffic impact expected.
Activity: Traffic barrels may go up by the end of the week; Contractor anticipates beginning roadwork September 26th.
