On Monday at 2:05 p.m., an accident was reported at 605 West 1100 North in Price involving an ATV and a parked delivery truck.
Upon arrival at the scene, Carbon County deputies discovered that 89-year-old Price resident Joseph Rukavina was the citizen involved in the accident. He was found with lacerations to his head and not responsive or breathing. Rukavina was initially revived by the EMTs on the scene and was taken to Castleview Hospital in Price.
