Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Bookcliff Gardens Apartments Renovations, which includes replacement of 20 furnaces, 20 water heaters, 77 windows; renovation of 20 bay windows; and related work, will be received by The Housing Authority of Carbon County, 251 South 1600 East #2647, Price, UT 84501, until 2:00 pm, October 17, 2019, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing office during business hours, upon payment of $50.00 for each set, no part of which will be refunded. Electronic copy (PDF) may be obtained for download at www.questcdn.com for $30.00.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 11:00 am local time on October 10, 2019 at 251 South 1600 East #2647, Price, Utah and will then continue on to the project site. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
The project is subject to Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Requirements on Federally Assisted Construction Contracts and the Davis-Bacon Act and associated wages.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Bidders shall submit evidence of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
