Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Emery County Local Building Authority (LBA) – Energy Research Center Seismic Retro-Fit, which includes seismic retro-fit of 19,200 sq. ft. “double t” precast concrete facility, and related work, will be received by Emery County LBA at the offices of Emery County Administration Building, 75 E Main St, Castle Dale, UT 84513, until 1:00 pm, Thursday, December 19, 2019, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 am local time on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at the Energy Research Center located about 3 miles west of the Orangeville, UT turn off on UT-57. The facility is on the east side of the road. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory. For more detailed directions to the site, contact Cheryl at the email address listed above.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Bidders shall submit evidence of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
