Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Green River Salt Shed Project, 2019 will be received by the Local Building Authority of Emery County at the Emery County Clerk’s Office @ 75 East Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah 84513 until 12:00 p.m. (noon), June 4 , 2019, and then opened and publicly read aloud at the LBA Meeting on June 4, 2019, at 2:30 p.m.
A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to the Owner, shall accompany the Bid.
Major Items of work include:
1. Steel Building Erection
2. Structural Concrete
Prospective bidders may assemble at the Emery County Road Shop, 555 North Long Street, Green River, Utah May 28, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., for the group showing.
Contract documents may be examined at the office of the Engineer: Johansen & Tuttle Engineering 90 South 100 East – Castle Dale, Utah, and obtained at the Site Show upon a non-refundable payment of $100.00. The $100.00 fee will provide both a hard copy and electronic copy of the project specifications and drawings.
The Local Building Authority of Emery County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the County.
