Paul and Peggy Wilmonen will celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary this year. They were married on June 1, 1973 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Helper, Utah.
They have been longtime residents of Carbon County ever since. Paul retired from the coal mines and Peggy retired from the school district. They have two children, Wendy (Ted) Thayn and Justin Wilmonen. They have five grandchildren.
