The Carbon High baseball team hosted its annual youth camp on Wednesday afternoon for young players in the area. The two-hour camp took place at the Helper American Legion Field for those ages 8-12 years old.
This camp invited youth to come and work with the CHS coaches and players on their baseball skills. The kids were split into groups with the baseball team and sent off to perform various exercises. They alternated exercises so that each group of children would get to practice all the fundamentals they had available at the camp.
The coaches and players of the carbon High team were very constructive and helped each individual participant in the activities they were indulging in.
