The Price City Fire Department was called out again on yet another “controlled burn” early Wednesday afternoon to extinguish flames that were blown out of control by the wind. It happened near the address of 1022 West Gordon Creek Road in Price.
It is reported the resident was doing routine spring weed burning around his property when the wind caught the flames, burning most of his backyard and side property.
Law enforcement officials were on scene along with the fire officials but no official comments have been made.
