Last time it was 55 points. On Wednesday it was 75. The numbers represent how far ahead the Emery Lady Spartan golfers are in front of their opponents in Region 15.
In Wednesday’s match in Richfield Emery scored a match-high 212 to blow past opponents San Juan and Grand, which scored 137 and 128, respectively. Emery’s 212 score matched its score from last week in Monticello.
Sydnee Guymon placed first overall with a score of 68, four shots in front of second place. Sidnee Condor placed fourth with 50 and Taijah Price placed fifth with 49.
Other scores were as follows: Sydney Timothey, 45. Alyssa Garrett, 41 and Sarah Swasey, 39.
The Lady Spartans will look to continue their undefeated streak Wednesday in Moab.
