Members of the community and the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce gathered at Apply Country Crafts’ new location for a ribbon cutting on Tuesday afternoon. The ribbon cutting marks the store’s opening on Main Street in Price as well as 12 years in business.
Apple Country Crafts is owned and operated by Kari Richardson. The businesswoman opened the craft store in 2004 and it has continued to grow since then, now offering a large storefront on Price’s Main Street. In addition to Richardson’s own crafts, the store also features a wide array of booths rented to local crafters. Craft classes and birthday parties, open to both both children and adults, are also a specialty of Apple Country Crafts.
“We’re always looking for something fun and new to bring to the community,” Richardson explained. “We love being in Price and supporting local businesses.”
Apple Country Crafts is located at 19 East Main Street in Price. The store can be reached at (435) 637-3529 or on Facebook at “Apple Country Crafts.”
