Castle Valley Civic Ballet conducted auditions for The Nutcracker on Saturday. Dancers from Carbon and Emery counties gathered at Carbon High School to display their talent before a panel of choreographers.
Everyone who auditioned earned a spot in the ballet. The community dance company will practice weekly September through December.
