At approximately 2:30 p.m. on Monday afternoon, an accident occurred on Price’s Main Street near the intersection of 200 East.
The accident allegedly caused one vehicle’s air bags to deploy. According to preliminary reports, the driver of the Hyundai was pulling out of the Wix Plaza and appears to have been unable to see around a truck legally parked on the street.
Due to this, a Jeep struck the Hyundai on the driver’s side as it was pulling out of the plaza. There were minor injuries reported to the Hyundai driver’s arms and legs and no injuries reported for the driver or occupants of the Jeep.
Traffic was briefly impaired as the accident was addressed by local law enforcement and other first responders.
