At approximately 1:10 this afternoon at 100 N and 100 W in Castle Dale, there was a 2 vehicle collision. A grey Ford Windstar Van was traveling South on 100 W and failed to stop at a stop sign.

Because the van failed to stop, it was struck on the driver’s side by a Ford F-350 pickup traveling on 100 N. В The collisoin pushed the van up over the sidewalk and into a porch on the side of a house. В Two females and an infant that were in the truck were transported to Castleview Hospital by ambulance and the female driver of the van was extracted from the vehicle and then transported to Castleview Hospital by ambulance.
According to Utah Highway Patrol Officer, Travis Barrett, there were no life threatening injuries.
