Recently, 21 bikes and two trikes hiked up their kickstands to participate in the 12th annual Spring for the Children Poker Run. This run benefits the Southeast Utah Chapter of Bikers Against Child Abuse (BACA).
This event began approximately at 10:45 a.m. at Huntington City Park. The entry fee consisted of $25 per bike and $10 for a second rider. Non-riders were also able to enjoy a dinner afterward, sponsored by Palenque’s Gourmet Mexican Grill, for the fee of $10.
The participants were welcomed back between around 5 p.m. where they then enjoyed the aforementioned meal, drawings and door prizes.
