BEAR Press Release
The speaker for the general BEAR meeting on March 15 is Richard Shaw, who will present a workshop called “Power of the Pack,” a team building and training exercise.
The presentation derives its basis from the sport of dog sledding, where animals and humans must work together to achieve a goal, and how the same principals that are used in that sport can be used in businesses and organizations to further their teams abilities to function together for best outcomes through cooperation, information, coordination and incentives.
The presentation will take place at the Jennifer Leavitt Student Center Alumni Room and it will start at 8 a.m. and last about one hour. The public is welcome.
Light refreshments will be served at the session.
