Collette McElprang was severely injured recently at the Huntington Heritage Days Rodeo. The community has been working hard in many ways to assist McElprang and her family on her long road to recovery.
In conjunction with these efforts, a benefit dinner for McElprang will be hosted on July 19 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Castle Dale Rec Center.
The spaghetti dinner will cost $5 for ages 12 and up and $3 per child. Accompanying the meal will be a live and silent auction as well as a raffle drawing.
