Lindsey Blanc scored a game-high 17 points Thursday night against the Canyon View Falcons, boosting the Lady Dinos over the home team 54-36.
The win was Carbon’s second in Region 12 action. The Lady Dinos outscored the Falcons 35-13 in the first and third quarters to cruise to the win.
Freshman Jordan Bianco came off the bench for Carbon to hit three threes in the game en route to 11 points. Her 11 points were also a career high. McKenna Sorenson added eight points and Paige Haeck chipped in six. In all, nine Lady Dinos notched points in the game.
Carbon (12-2, 2-0 Region 12, #2 in 3A) will play at Richfield (12-2, 1-0 Region 12) on Tuesday.
