Debbie’s Uniques is a locally owned gift shop. Owned and operated by Debbie Moore, she will be celebrating five years in her current location this August.
Moore was inspired to start the shop when, working as a cashier elsewhere, a customer mentioned that there was nowhere in Emery County to buy a gift. She began with gift baskets, which she placed in local stores starting in 2001.
According to Moore, the shop was created to meet the needs of Emery County residents. Moore buys from local crafters to help their businesses. She also travels to trade shows in and out of state looking for handcrafted items. Debbie’s also donates to help the community.
Customers can find Debbie’s Uniques at 25 West Main in Castle Dale. Hours are Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Debbie’s is also on Facebook and can be reached by phone at (435) 749-2099.
