Business Spotlight: Emery Animal Health

Emery Animal Health is an animal hospital in Castle Dale and is owned by Dr. Glen Jensen, DVM. Jensen and his wife Leslie moved to Castle Dale in 1997 where he started a veterinary clinic in the basement of his home while building his animal hospital on Highway 29.

It took two-and-a-half years to build the hospital. Since that time, he has brought in another veterinarian, Dr. Sharmon Gilbert, DVM and built a second clinic in Price named Emery Carbon Animal Health. Dr. Gilbert and her husband Paul moved to Emery County approximately nine years ago when the opportunity to buy a farm presented itself.

Emery Animal Health is a full-service animal hospital that provides regular health care, urgent and emergent care, dental care and surgical care.
