Kenneth Grant opened Grant Automotive at 215 East Main in Castle Dale 13 months ago. His new business is an extension of Grant Automotive in Grantsville, which has been open for 13 years. Grant specializes in diesel, light and heavy auto repair, auto maintenance and tires. The business also offers wheel alignments, on-the-spot vehicle registrations and can even renew vehicle registrations in house at the business.
Grant employees three full-time employees and one part-time employee. The shop is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. as well as Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. There is no waiting for state inspections, oil changes or tire repair. Appointments for other repairs can be made by calling (435) 381-5400.
Grant is an Orangeville native and graduated from Emery High. He then attended Salt Lake Business College in the Ford Asset Program for Automotive. Grant has been an ASE Master Certified Technician since 2001. He resides with his wife and five children in Cleveland.
