Total Insanity Motorsports is a family-owned business, which has been at its current location for over a year. Bill and Lacie Langston moved to Ferron over two years ago. Bill works on all major brands of off-road vehicles such as dirt bikes, race bikes, ATV’s, side-by-sides, snowmobiles and jet skis. He completes work ranging from typical maintenance to engine rebuilds, while Lacie has learned the ins and outs of operating a business and manages Total Insanity in addition to bookkeeping and ordering parts.

Bill has been working on bikes since he was 10 when his dad taught him how to work on them. He was 14 when he rebuilt his first motor. By 21, he was working on bikes and met his first business partner in 2004 while living in Las Vegas.

After moving to Ferron, Bill began repairing bikes in his garage when he wasn’t working at his full-time job. He started receiving so many customers that he and Lacie started looking around for a shop they could rent and began the process of opening a business.

Total Insanity Motorsports offers a variety of services including sales of OEM oils, custom built hardtop enclosures for major brand sides-by-sides from Alumilite Armor, Strider balance bikes and aftermarket parts from Western Power Sports based in Boise, Idaho.

Strider balance bikes are training bikes that help children as young as 18 months learn to ride on two wheels. It focuses on the fundamentals of balancing, learning and steering without the distractions and complications of pedals or training wheels.

At Total Insanity Motorsports, Bill and Lacie are constantly working on growing their business and making many improvements. They are currently building a showroom and will carry a full line of inventory in the near future.
