Carbon Canal Company Inc. will hold its annual stockholders’ meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 8 p.m. at the Carbon County Events Center, 265 S. Fairgrounds Road, Price.
Agenda will include: 2013 financial report, budget for 2014, election of four directors and other business as presented.
Proxies are available at the company office at 23 S. Carbon Avenue #7 in Price. Only proxies with original signatures will be accepted prior to the meeting between 7 and 8 p.m.
