Carbon County native Aaron Anderson appeared before the East Carbon City Council on Tuesday to petition for a business license to practice his trade as a massage therapist for individuals in Carbon County.

Having been a licensed therapist for over a year after attending school at the Utah College of Massage Therapy, Anderson is eager to share what he has learned with individuals.

“I would like to be able to use that skill that I’ve acquired to benefit the members of this community,” he explained to the council on Tuesday. “I’ve always liked helping people,” he explained at a later date, “and massage is a great way to help anyone.”

The council agreed to grant Anderson the business license and the motion was carried.

Confident that his services can help people from aches and pains to improving their overall mood, Anderson encourages people to reach him at 435-650-6228 to schedule an appointment at his home-based center, located at 601 East Geneva Drive in East Carbon.
