The Price City Library (PCL) recently made the announcement that, as of April 1, Carbon County will no longer be paying for residents that reside within the county to have a library card.
Resulting from this decision, all residents that are not living within the city limits of Price will be charged $15 per year for a PCL card. Residents within the county will need to pay these charges to renew existing cards.
