The South Central Utah State Wrestling Tournament in Beaver found many local grapplers on the podium over the weekend.
The tournament on Saturday played host to over 500 young wrestlers ranging from kindergarten to eighth grade. A handful of Carbon County wrestlers came home with first place medals, including Nathan Tatton, Colton Steele, Kruz Arroyo, Jantz Greenhalgh and Jack Burdick. This is the third consecutive year that Arroyo has taken first at the tournament.
Jason Tatton also represented Carbon County with a second place finish along with participation from Gunnar Allred DNP, Rawzyn Allred and Caden Steele.
