The Dinos went on the road to Delta on Thursday, where they were again victorious in another region game. Carbon has now won five of its last six with a tied game during the streak.
In the first half alone, Carbon upped Delta 3-1. The Dinos were able to maintain their lead through the second half, gaining two more points and ending the game 5-1.
Giovanni Pavoni again pushed Carbon in the right direction, netting three goals for the Dinos. Pavoni has scored 16 goals for Carbon this season, leading the team. Luke Hansen and Noah Bradford each found the net to gain victory for the Dinos.
The Dinos (8-3, 7-2 Region 14) will play in their last region game before state playoffs on Thursday, April 26, at home against Juab (0-12, 0-10 Region 14).
