The Carbon Dinos swim team traveled to Richfield last Thursday to take on Richfield Wildcats and South Sevier Rams.
The Dinos started the night off strong with both boys and girls relay teams coming in first in the 200 yard medley. Kacee Barret followed ensuit in the 200 yard freestyle, placing second with a time of 2:32.93.
Rylan Chamberlain swam an impressive first place 1:01.65 in the 100 yard butterfly. Emily Jespersen also earned first place in the 500 yard freestyle, with a final time of 6:50.10.
The Carbon team, as a whole, took second place at the event, with 247 points. The Dinos travel to Moab on Tuesday to take on the Grand Red Devils.
