The Carbon High girls golf team played in a tournament hosted by North Sanpete on Thursday. Braxton Gibson led the team with 37 points followed by Kaycee Gilson with 34 points. Destiny Basso notched 23 points and Gwyn Kardelis and Keely Marquez each scored 19 points, giving the team a total of 113 points.
The Lady Dinos took second, following Juab with 131 points. Richfield scored 92 points for a third place finish and Payson scored 45 pointswith only two players at the tournament.
Carbon will travel to Richfield for a tournament on Wednesday.
