Carbon’s Conner Fausett finished a stellar season with a second place finish at state wrestling over the weekend. Fausett was part of an extremely close championship round where he ended up on the wrong side of a 6-5 decision to claim the second place spot in the tournament. He finished his senior season with a remarkable 36-8 record.
Bobby Blake placed fourth in the 138 weight class while Nathan Cowley (152) and Keityn Hunt (160) both finished in sixth in their respective weight classes.
The tournament wraps up another season for the Dino wrestlers. Congratulations to these athletes for their hard work and accomplishments.
