The golf match that took place in North Sanpete on Wednesday afternoon came with its challenges as a tricky golf course and poor weather made for tough scoring conditions.
Although the Carbon High boys’ golf team were faced with these hardships, they were able to win once more with a total of 317. North Sanpete came in second with a total of 332 and Canyon View was not far behind with a team total of 350. Richfield scored a total of 368 and Juab finished with 457.
Individual scoring for the team was as follows: Kayden Alderson, 73, freshman Brady Gagon, 80, Carson Martines, Ryan Gagon and Joey Penovich both scored 82 and Ryker Smith finished with 83.
