This year’s annual Christmas Treasures Craft Fair at Carbon High had a significant turnout. It was hosted on Saturday, Dec. 8 as a means to raise funds for Carbon Christmas. Admission was a small donation of 50 cents or more. These proceeds will provide money for Carbon Christmas to buy local families gifts who can’t afford them this season.

There were many local vendors who came to sell their merchandise as well as a number of groups from the community who came to entertain the crowds. Food was also available to be bought throughout the event. Over 50 booths were present at the high school, selling treats, clothes, Christmas gifts and more.

Carbon High student government also provided babysitting for the event from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. that afternoon. The student government officers helped ensure that the event ran smoothly for everyone participating.
