For their first tournament of the season, the Carbon High School Quiz Bowl teams competed at Grand High School and walked away with several victories.
Facing off against other schools such as Grand, San Juan and cross-county rival Emery, one of the Dino varsity teams managed a first-place win while one of the junior varsity teams grabbed fourth.
The quiz bowl season will continue Tuesday at Green River High School.
