On Friday afternoon, a celebration was hosted for the ribbon cutting of the Price location for Carbon Medical. Carolyn Abeyta, retiring CEO, expressed the center’s excitement to do the ribbon cutting at 92 North 400 East, along with the other clinics in Helper and Sunnyside.
The Price clinic offers OBGYN service with Dr. Matthew Brady, as well as mental health and medical services. CJ McManus of the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce (CCCC) said as a community, everyone is honored to have them and all that they provide.
Carbon Medical provides services to people all across the Carbon Corridor, McManus continued, with a cost that patients otherwise might not be able to pay. He then announced that, with Abeyta retiring, Lisa Park was named the new CEO.
“We are a federally qualified community health center. Our goal is to continuously improve our quality of care and services to create a better experience for you and your family members,” the center’s website shared.
