Carbon County Recreation works hard to ensure that there are plenty of opportunities for adults and youth alike in the area to stay active in any season. This was demonstrated as the Carbon Rec Youth Volleyball Camp was hosted at the rec center on Monday and Tuesday.
The fee for this camp was $35 per child, which also provided each youngster with a shirt of their own. The young athletes were guided through the basics of volleyball, assisted with their form and had a great time while engaging in a healthy activity.
This camp was under the instruction of Utah State University Eastern’s very own volleyball coach Danielle Jensen.
