The Carbon Dinos pounded out 14 hits in their 11-3 victory over Region 12 member Delta on Wednesday.
The game was originally slated for Tuesday but was rained out.
Jerod Lessor pitched five strong innings and picked up his second win on the season. Derek Young spelled Lessor in the sixth and struck out three of the five batters he faced. He also doubled twice. The Dinos did not commit an error in the game.
The Dinos scored at least three runs in three different innings.
The two teams face each other again Thursday.
