Friday morning of the 2019 Price City International Days celebration was kicked off right by highlighting the children of the area.

First, a kids’ parade was hosted beginning near Mont Harmon Middle School and traversing up the street toward the parks. The Price City Fire Department and Chief Paul Bedont led the children while they were followed closely by local law enforcement to ensure safety.

While no motorized vehicles were welcomed in the parade, children were able to ride in strollers, on bikes or scooters and one creative kiddo even had a cart pulled by a donkey.

Following the parade, kids’ day was hosted by Castleview Hospital across from the Desert Wave Pool. Those that attended were able to enjoy face painting, bounce houses, games, activities, snacks and prizes. The entire event was hosted for free for local youth.
