Castle Dale City hosted a kids’ rodeo as part of their annual city celebration on Wednesday.
The evening began with a barbecue at the fairgrounds. Following dinner, citizens entered the indoor arena. In the arena, children of all ages as well as adults participated in chicken chases, pig chases, cash cow, cash sheep and cash Chris runs, a wiener dog race, stick horse races and mutton busting. The variety of activities provided opportunities for all to participate. Unique prizes of cash, chickens, pigs and dog food were given to the winners of the events.
