The last day of school is usually one of concerts and parties in classrooms around the district. However, the Castle Heights third grade classes decided that brightening the lives of Parkdale Nursing Facility residents was much better than staying in school and having a class party.
The students arrived by bus on Friday morning and walked the halls singing Christmas carols for residents and staff.
