On the morning of April 25 the students of Castle Heights Elementary enjoyed a not so quiet morning in the library. The USU Eastern Drum Line, led by Ben Jones, came to show off their drums and their drumming skills.
Students and parents gathered in the library before school to enjoy a presentation about the importance of music, what percussion means, and how a drum really works.
The Drum Line then preformed for the crowd. Following the performance, the Castle Heights students were encouraged to come and try each drum. It was a great way to start the school day with a BANG!!!
