On Friday afternoon, the Castle Heights fourth and fifth grade Knights participated in a spelling bee that took place at the school.
Instead of awarding places, the top three students of the spelling bee were chosen. The top three are Brenden Bryner of fifth grade, Kristin Riding of fourth grade and Beverly Lancaster who is also in fifth.
The students were awarded plaques and will compete at the district level.
