Castle Heights hosted its annual spelling bee on Friday. These students were given a list of words to study and prepare their memorization skills prior to the bee. Each round was a little more difficult than the last.
As the line slowly dwindled, the contestants found themselves in the final round with the last three standing. The top three finishes of the spelling bee were Ava Braby, Tennasyn D’Ambrosio and Chloe Garvin.
These girls will take their spelling skills to the upcoming district spelling bee to spell for a chance to advance to the next level of competition.
