Castleview Hospital is excited to announce the addition of Chaz Davis, NP, to the staff of Eastern Utah Family Medicine. Chaz joins as an alumni of the USU Eastern Nursing Program, University of Utah and Indiana State University. He chose an emphasis in family practice as he enjoys the all-encompassing scope of care and interaction with patients of all ages.
“Eastern Utah Family Medicine is pleased to announce Chaz Davis as a new nurse practitioner in our clinic,” said Greg Cook, CEO of Castleview Hospital. “He is excited to be back in a familiar area where he closer to family. Chaz received his bachelors in Nursing from the University of Utah, and his Masters (FNP) from Indiana State. His qualifications and patient focus will make him a wonderful addition to our team.”
Davis is a family man who is proud to say he has two children, one on the way and a beautiful wife who happens to be an Emery County native.
“I truly enjoy hiking, fishing, camping and racquetball,” Chaz explained. “That’s how we knew that Eastern Utah was the perfect fit for our family who loves the outdoors. With family already in the area, we knew this was the right choice for us.”
With the expansion of staff at Eastern Utah Family Medicine, Dr. Matthew Brady expressed his excitement. “We are happy to have Chaz join Adam Callahan and I at Eastern Utah Family Medicine,” he said. “In the short time he has been with us, he’s already been busy seeing patients. He’s intelligent, capable and patients are happy with his thoroughness and comprehensive approach. With his family ties to the area, I’m confident he’ll be with us a long time.”
Davis joins Dr. Matthew Brady, MD, Adam Callahan, PA-C, and Castleview Urgent Care to provide timely, quality, reliable care from sun up to sun down. Chaz has been impressed with the Castleview Urgent Care facility and is pleased to join the Eastern Utah Family Medicine practice. He is now accepting new patients.
