Castleview Hospital welcomed its only Leap Year Day baby at 5:36 p.m. on February 29.
Whitley, delivered at the local hospital, is the firstborn of Shawnee and Cody of Cleveland. At birth, Whitley weighed 6 pounds 14 ounces and measured 20 inches long.
