The chamber of commerce welcomed Building Blocks Daycare and Preschool to Carbon County with a ribbon cutting on Friday.
The home-based daycare and preschool is owned by Tammi Rickey and is located in Price. Building Blocks is state licensed and Rickey is ready to accommodate more children at the daycare.
