June and The Koyotes are a new pack in Price offering financial services for local residents and businesses in the Castle Country.
The business has been in operation since February, offering bookkeeping, accounting services, tax preparation and payroll services. June and The Koyotes also offer business consultation and marketing services.
June Thayn leads the pack with over 20 years of experience. She has 22 years of experience in business bookkeeping with 18 years experience preparing corporate, schedule C, farm, military and personal taxes. Thayn holds a bachelors of science degree in business administration with a minor in entrepreneurship, graduating with academic honors from USU Eastern/Huntsman School of Business. She became certified as a Small Business Analyst in 2015 and has completed 25 continued education hours in tax law and preparation.
Price native Darcy Jaimez is another important member of the team. She attended the Advanced Technical Institute to obtain her Microsoft certifications and worked for Utah Railway Company from 2001-2011, specializing in bookkeeping, payroll and human resources. She obtained her Associate of Science at Utah State University in 2015 before attending the Huntsman’s School of Business at Utah State University, working toward a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an International Studies and Management Information minors. Jaimez has been preparing tax returns for over five years.
Ashelynn Mele rounds out the pack. She recently graduated from Pinnacle Canyon Academy in 2017 with her high school diploma and obtained her associate of science in May. Mele plans to continue her education by getting a Bachelor’s in Business Marketing. She has had four years of experience in assistant bookkeeping.
This trio of women offer their services to local residents as well as small businesses throughout the area.
