Members of the community slipped on their running shoes and gear on Saturday morning to benefit Carbon High athletics with the Dinosaur Les Schwab Tire Center T-Rex Run/Walk 5K.
This race began at the high school following registration at 9 a.m. Those that participated were encouraged to show up dressed in their Dino best. If anyone wore an inflatable Dino costume, they were entered to win various prizes. Free swag bags were also offered to the first 100 that registered.
Bradley Sweeney finished the race in first place with a time of 25:58:00, followed by Rozilyn Stowe (27:26:00) and Gianna White (27:37:00). For a full list of results from the 5K, see the gallery below.
