Collision on Highway 10 Results in serious injuries

A collision on Highway 10 left one person with serious injuries Thursday evening

Around 6:40 p.m. near milepost 68, a red Pontiac driven by Joe Casterjon of Price was exiting the parking lot of Walkers headed southbound.

Corporal Todd Johnson of the Utah Highway Patrol reported that a possible medical condition caused Casterjon to fail to yield to a northbound Dodge Ram driven by Joshua Downard of Price. Downard was unable to avoid the collision.

Casterjon was transported to Castleview Hospital with serious injuries. No injuries were reported for Downard.
