The annual Slovenian Day Picnic will take place on Sunday, August 7 starting at noon and ending at 5 p.m. The picnic will be at the Price City Washington Park Pavilion, which is next the Desert Wave Pool.
Ethnic food such as sausage, sour kraut, cabbage rolls, polenta, fried chicken, potica, apple strudel and Hungarian cookies will be served. Entertainment will feature music by Frank and Olie. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend this event.
